How in the world did you get Sydney to sit on Santa's lap let alone with a smile?? ;-) Last year was the first time Sean (at age 4) would sit on Santa's lap. Sierra says she is not afraid of Santa this year but I'm pretty sure she won't be sitting on his lap. :)
